The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely.

Under the guidelines set forth in a March 17 decree by the Diocese of La Crosse, and public Masses at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe are suspended until further notice.

The Shrine’s grounds, pilgrim center, votive candle chapel, rosary walk, stations of the cross, devotional areas, and Shrine Church will remain open during normal hours for personal prayer and reflection.  The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate will continue to offer the Sacrament of Reconciliation daily at 11:45 a.m.  The Shrine Church and all enclosed areas of the Shrine are limited to 9 or fewer people at any given time.  Individuals must observe social distancing at a minimum of 6 feet from others.

During this time of great need you are encouraged to send in your prayer intentions to be remembered the Friars of the Immaculate, staff, and volunteers.

For more information on the Shrine’s response to the coronavirus, please see the attached COVID-19 Prevention and Mitigation Plan.
