Celebrating Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta

The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe has been gifted with
a 1st Class Relic and a 2nd Class Relic of
Mother Teresa of Calcutta:

1st Class:  a lock of her hair
2nd Class:  her handkerchief

The 1st and 2nd class relics will be available for veneration:

  • after all the Masses THIS SUNDAY, September 4th, the day that Pope Francis will canonize Mother Teresa.
  • after the 12:15PM Mass on MONDAY, September 5th, the day this has been designated as her feastday (Mother Teresa died on September 5, 1997).

  1. oh this is so wonderful. Our Deacon Paul is going to be at her services and it aiding in the mass with hope to meet both Popes.. I will pray that Sunday you have a church full
