The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe welcomed nearly 250 pilgrims for the day of prayer for those with cancer.

Bishop William P. Callahan was the principal celebrant of the Mass for the Sick at 12:15 pm,  joined by Shrine rector Father Jacinto and La Crosse diocesan priest Father Dan Oudenhoven.  Also assisting was Deacon Matt Marshall.

Prior to the conclusion of Mass, the first-class relics of Saint Peregrine were presented for Veneration.

God wants us to have a life that is amazing, a life that is complete, a life that is full. ‘Your sins are forgiven’ and ‘Get up and walk!’
